Microblading is an innovative semi-permanent make-up treatment using an ultra fine hand held blade that will gently deposit pigment into your eyebrows by creating individual hair strokes that mimic real eyebrow hair. This brow technique is also known as nanoblading as the blade uses ultra-sharp nano blades that actually mimic the diameter and dimension of a real hair in the skin.

All images below show an immediate before and after photos to highlight that there is no obvious redness or swelling that would prevent you from daily activities. This also means that the pigment colour will fade 30-50% after healing to create soft, natural looking brows. Photos with no filters.

Your brows can feel a little tight immediately after the treatment and in some cases a little sensitive. Few days after the treatment a light crust will form over the newly drawn hair strokes. This is a normal part of the healing process and it is essential that you follow the aftercare advice given to you.

Leave you brows to heal naturally and avoid touching them – this area needs to stay clean and bacteria free.

Keep your brows dry and out of water for up to 7-10 days – please be careful when showering and washing your hair. If you accidentally get your brows wet, blot the area dry using a clean tissue.

Make Up should be avoided around the treated area until the brows are completely healed.

Avoid exposing brows to the sun and avoid sunbeams for one month following the procedure. The use of sunscreen is not recommended until 7-10 days after the treatment. Over exposure to sunlight can affect the brow pigment and mean top up sessions could be required on a more regular basis.

The crusting over of the eyebrows is normal. Avoid going to the gym or excess sweating during this healing process.

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis or swimming pools for 7-10 days.

Avoid any kind of beauty treatment on the brow area for 14 days. This includes waxing, threading and plucking with tweezers.

Most people will be able to have microblading, however some medical conditions and medications will restrict this treatment and so consultation and completing medical form with a patch test is essential prior to your treatment.
